All students participating in our 2019 Cleveland Summer Intensive are responsible for returning mandatory waivers to by April 19th, 2019.

Financial Aid/Work study Application

artÉmotion LLC has a limited number of need-based assistance awards available to offer its students. The amount of financial assistance may vary depending on the circumstances of the student and their family and normally ranges between 0-50% of tuition. The information obtained in this application will help us understand the financial situation of the family and to make certain that we award assistance to those qualified students whose need is the greatest. The information supplied in this application will be kept strictly confidential and is not shared with the artistic staff or faculty. 

**To complete your Financial Aid Request, artÉmotion must receive the Program Deposit securing the student’s attendance.

Work Study Guideline/Requirements:

  • Must be 16+

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in registration, signing students in and out, cleaning work and studio space, assisting Resident Assistants when applicable, etc...

  • The Student agrees to be present and available during the entire program for which they are enrolled.

  • The Student agrees to maintain a positive attitude both inside and outside of class as well as be a good example for their peers.

  • The Student will attend and be on time for at least 90% of their classes and follow the proper notification procedures in the event of missed classes. Excused absences are not to exceed 10% of all artÉmotion commitments. Any unexcused absences may result in full reimbursement of Work Study funding to artÉmotion.

  • The Student and at least one family member are asked to write a letter to the artÉmotion Financial Aid Committee detailing their thanks and what this award means in their life.  Please submit letters to by March 1st, 2019.
